These rings are not sealed. I could see steam coming out from under the lid. I've been making oatmeal daily for about 6 months. When I saw steam and it wouldn't close, I popped the cap open and quickly replaced it with the original cap. Compressed and cooked as usual. The rings feel stiffer (higher shore) and not as flexible (elastic) as the original. I ordered Instant Pot Rings and they work as expected. The original rings appear to have a small seam along the outer edge, like a parting edge, where the shapes diverge. The clone does not have this function. Although Revain refunded the purchase price I would have preferred the fillings to work and leave a good review. 😕
