GREAT whistling kettle! Great for stove tops, great base!
I haven't used it for long, but I really like the whistle of this kettle! I prefer a whistle to splashing water on my cooktop! I would have liked the spout lid to fall off by itself after pouring, but what's there is enough. My use is basically to hold water in it and then move it to whatever burner I just used so I don't forget or touch a hot burner. I needed a wide base for this kettle for my hob. Many kettles have a base that is too small to cover a large burner.
