you lost my voice. If there was ever a product that should "deserve" zero stars in this rating system, wow, we ever had a winner. I wasted too many important minutes of my time troubleshooting this product. I will never buy Netgear again. I switched to a Linksys Cisco WRT54GL and I'm not looking back. I haven't had to load this box in six weeks! Hey, that already beat Netgear's record by six weeks! This Netgear required a constant reboot. I'd been missing VoIP calls, losing connection to all three laptops from time to time throughout the day. A dozen router reboots were not uncommon. Yelled at my ISP, VoIP provider, etc. Read the forums and even bought a second such garbage just in case. Well I'm sure. The fault must be the wrong design. What garbage! I read somewhere that Netgear is aware of this issue - well I have a really great idea for you - are you ready? - Share a solution to the problem so the people who bought your router can fix it and do some of the work for you. You can save some clients and reputation if you have any. I accept PayPal if you would like to reimburse me for this exceptional technology consultation.
