These are a must have if you're even thinking of towing with the Ram 1500. They offer a great truck feel when a trailer is attached, maybe a little stiff when not attached but not enough for me. complain. if it gets tight, you can always ventilate a little. The installation process is very quick and easy, although I didn't follow their instructions. It seems that this will take several hours and requires special tools.1. Connect the fitting at the end of the bag2. Connect the hose to the fitting and mount the hose clamp3. Fold the bag and tie with three zippers. This makes the bag look long and narrow. I used my knees to fold it up and hold it in place as I closed it. The thinner you make the bag, the easier it is to install. 4. Jack up the truck and attach the safety stand. I climbed high enough to get the hoops airborne so the coil was fully extended. Do not remove tires, did not consider it necessary.5. Pull the hose and then the airbag up through the bottom step of the coil spring.6. the hose should come out of the top of the spring.7. Once the bag is in the spool, simply cut the ribbons.8. When I routed the hose to the back of the truck, I went through the frame for protection.9. Cut the tubing to length, leaving maybe a few extra inches for the final connections. there is a lot of hose left for me.10. Repeat the steps for the other airbag.11. I installed the filler valve in this little plug in the rear bumper to the right of the license plate. Search YouTube, watch some videos and pick the best of each one. Now I want to take some photos as no one has taken accurate photos. just like me. The only things I will remind you of are #1 and #2 on the list. I didn't do this for the first bag and had to go through a hoop to attach it. It was impossible, the coil is in the way right now, but the bus is there. So for the second bag I attached the fitting and hose first and that side was done in less than five minutes including threading the hose through the frame at the back.
