I had to replace mine when the pulleys died and a belt broke. I am very happy with this pulley as well as other pulleys I have installed. The 94 BMW 325is will need the following components if you want to replace them all yourself and save hundreds of dollars at the dealership. I didn't have to replace all the pulleys but one failed at 175k and I figured the rest were just around the corner. Goodyear 49062 Gatorback Idler and Idler Goodyear 49307 Gatorback Idler Goodyear 4060615 Serpentine Belt Gatorback Dayco 89046 Belt Idler I would also recommend looking on You Tube for installation information. He showed me what to remove and made my life so much easier. If you find this on You Tube it will ask you to remove the front fan from the engine. This would have made installation easier, but I was able to do it without removing the fan.
