Super sharp and heavy
My advice to anyone buying this knife is to have a sturdy cutting board and a cut resistant glove before using it as it is VERY SHARP! My husband broke his cutting board on the first cut and almost cut off his finger. In general he likes the knife, but he won't use it again until we get a new cutting board and glove.
