Review on Titanium Aluminum Double Cut Trepot by Ryan Gillett

I've used them a few times and they've done a great job. They are sharp and cut easily. What I really like is that after you cut it to the size you want it also chamfer the hole as you can see in my photo. I love it. I've always been the drill only guy so these are my first drills and I really like them. They are made from HSS steel so life should be good as long as you use coolant and the correct speeds. They work on stainless steel, but always remember that with stainless steel you have to cut very slowly and apply good pressure to the part you are cutting. Use plenty of liquid to keep the drill and cutting part cool. Stainless steel cuts easily when cold. Once you've heated a piece of stainless steel it's almost impossible to cut, so keep that in mind. These are really good step drills and the carrying case is another nice touch. It's actually very beautiful. If you are looking for a great drill then this is it. I definitely recommend these beats.
