Tech Support is mostly bots emailing Chinese techies. I explained the problem with the app and their general response was to download the app. One of my power supplies failed and I struggled with their amazing tech support to get it fixed. Internet connection (via LAN) has problems. again dealing with tech support bots and the language barrier. No real communication. I wouldn't recommend it if you need help at all. It took several annoying rounds back and forth over several weeks (keep asking what the problem was in broken English and not understanding when I described basic troubleshooting, asking for photos of the PSU, etc.) and I finally got a replacement - and it worked . It shouldn't be that difficult to do business with a company. I downgraded my rating from 2 stars to 1. I have at least 4 emails harassing me about a 5 star review. I asked them to stop contacting me for review, saying that their harassment tactics would result in a lower grade. They asked me for a copy of my review to dispute. They use violent tactics and I got the impression that they threaten their staff if they don't get 5 stars. You just have to know what you're getting into with this company. The cameras seem fine. The application is archaic and inconvenient for the user (compared to Ring or others). You'll save a few bucks, but that's a definite trade-off.
