The best thing is its customer support which always help us out whenever I need any technical assistance regarding instant replay system or anything else related! If someone needs some guidance from our side than just ask them for their contact details because there will be no delay even if one day i am not online as well!! No dislike here but all positive things as per my experience till now. For sure this product has helped me lot while solving issues faced by client during training sessions/presentations etc.
