This kit is a lot better than the ones you see in auto parts stores and they usually cost more. I would have preferred the angled connector on this system, but the straight one that comes with it is smooth and doesn't leak when plugged in/unplugged. And the bottom pressure gauge fits the manifold of my home system. It can be disassembled so you can use the jug connector with professional gauges, etc. It looks like the jar connector is for jars with a valve or hard lid, which basically forces you to use the whole jar or throw away what you don't use as it will over the course of a one or two Days always drains slowly. I like jars with a valve, but I have both in my inventory.
