Initially there were difficulties with the installation. However, this had nothing to do with the router. It was my provider. I had to call my ISP to reboot (ping) the router to get internet access. The D-Link router has been working fine for 2 months. No questions/complaints. There is more than enough power to connect multiple devices without bandwidth disruption/latency when streaming/browsing etc. Security protocols/features are easy to navigate and configure based on your preferences. The Follow app works well on my smartphone. The WPS function is very convenient and easy to connect my upstairs Wi-Fi extender and printer. We used to have a very old D-Link router that worked relentlessly but didn't have the performance of newer generations like this super efficient model.
