Extremely sharp! for my opinion
This is a nice knife.
I use it for deboning. It is very easy to sharpen, and easy to cut your fingers if you're not paying attention! Don't ask me how I know!
- Hand comfort and control with the finger hole. Extra sharp! Cuts with ease. Be very careful!
- Rusted immediately. Way too thick of blade. Not sure what to do with it.
