Excellent lock, excellent theft protection. Keep in mind that you can probably only get a frame, getting a wheel and frame isn't enough unless everything is very close together. Worked for me because I wanted something bulletproof but was trying to keep my road passenger's weight down. I think it's about a pound lighter and a foot shorter than the 785. If weight isn't a major concern, consider the 785. 4 stars because the locking mechanism is a bit sticky. It's been like this since day one and it's not getting worse. My brother has a longer 785 lock and the key is stuck in it about the same way. This lock is so cheap compared to other similar locks that it's worth it for me, just be aware that you'll probably have to fiddle with the key for about 15 seconds every now and then. Ps You really should use something as heavy as this lock. for your simple bicycle lock. Last year my bike was stolen from my balcony, it was locked with a regular cable lock but I thought it should be good as it was not visible from the street and from my territory. Cable locks are too easy to cut. If your bike is worth anything you really should use a lock like this, the only way to cut the lock might be with a plasma cutter.
