I like that it's easy, quick & painless! You don't have time with your health issues/crisis when you are trying not only get insurance but also pay bills while dealing wtih so many other problems such as medical emergencies etc., This is great because if there was any issue they would be taken care off right away unlike some companies where sometimes its takes weeks before someone gets back after calling them up about billing errors which causes delays getting help needed from doctor appointments ect.. It saves me alot of stress by being able to use this online portal instead waiting days until my account manager calls then i'm talking months later till she responds again!! No more having questions go unanswered just put out here what ever question u may ask has already been answered within minutes. Great system overall. ! Nothing really bad either everything seems ok except maybe.
