My friend recommended this ice fishing camera system to me. When I contacted Eyoyo to inquire about the product, they were very helpful. They also emailed me the documentation and manual. Eyoyo's representative, Calyx, also contacted us several times after the purchase. Excellent customer support! I was pleased with the overall performance and quality of the system. The 360 degree view is great! The only thing I didn't like about this product is the hard case. The hard case itself is very good, but it didn't open more than 90 degrees, requiring me to tilt the entire case to see the monitor. My only use is ice fishing and ice protection. So the view is limited until I tilt the entire system. probably not a problem for most people.
