Guess I'm switching to LED's from now on. I used to be 1 of the offenders of putting HID's in halogen housings, honestly cuz I needed to c, at the expense of other peoples eyes. I apologize. With these that is not the case. They are as bright as 30w HID's. Not 60w HID's but a millions x better than halogen. Even in halogen housing they can be aimed not to blind people and aren't bright enough to, but definetly illuminate the road. My old halogens were there just to let other people know I was on the road an did lil to nothing for me. I expect when I do my retrofits the projectors should light the roads even better. A great inexpensive pick up without the hassle of splicing wires an buying ballast. Real plug and play. Definetly recommened. Now lets c how long they last
