I ordered this vest hoping for something that would make me feel safe in the water. I can't swim at all and I've always wanted to learn, but I was afraid of the water. Well I recently bought a house with a large pool and was dying to enjoy the water. I figured this vest would at least give me the confidence to let go of my rather large pool noodles and boy was I surprised! This vest held and kept me afloat so well that I had enough confidence to kick noodles. I recommend this to anyone who loves water but is afraid of drowning. I used it 3 times and it was only a week. I'm 125 pounds and 5'11. I chose the medium because there wasn't a small one and I'm still very satisfied. My boobs are quite large so the medium ones ate comfortably. I'll try to find a small one to make sure I have the best option, but plan on keeping the medium one as well. So happy with this product. We recommend.
