Unbiased Review: This is a superfood chopper that slices onions like a charm and has utility knives for chopping and dicing. The rinse basket is very useful, especially when you need to wash things after dicing (I do this for potatoes to get rid of excess starch). The blades are very sharp so be careful. Soft vegetables were very easy to cut (I tried winter melon and it came out very well), carrots and potatoes need to be quartered and then chopped. The big piece doesn't make it easy. The only improvement I would suggest is a tight interlock between the base and the top of the chopper. I had this on my previous helicopter and it really helped and didn't wobble. This one does a great job with small pieces, but if you put a large piece in, the top will come out of the base. Otherwise, tiny gadgets and dice results are amazing.
