I bought an X-Small for my Miniature Poodle - 9" neck. This collar says it fits up to 10". I pushed it as far as I could and it's only 9 inches! Maybe , if they don't always sew the 2" overlap where the silver ring is and the 2" overlap at the other end where it's TRIPLE the thickness of that VERY THICK tape (where you adjust the length), could You might get an extra inch of it. But when unfolded it is only 9" and there is a large bulge where it is triple thick. As delivered, unstretched, it could not have been more than 6". DO NOT buy this , if your pet's neck size is less than 8"! It will come back and I won't risk going up the next size!
