It allows users to manage their entire life cycle of assets (physical and non-physical) from purchase to disposal. This includes tracking location and condition, identifying issues and managing maintenance schedules. It provides the ability to create invoices, generate reports and produce detailed bills. All transactions are logged within the database, enabling the administrator to track and analyse usage patterns. You can also print invoices directly from the software. The software is supplied in two editions: Standard and Enterprise. * Standard - Allows you to manage up to 10 physical and/or virtual assets and generate up to 2,000 invoices per month. * Enterprise - Allows you to manage up to 50 physical and/or virtual assets and generates up to 20,000 invoices per month. DocuWiz is built around the concept of asset management and is designed to integrate with other Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Office 365 and Dynamics CRM.
