Slopes and protein go into the water. Not a small boiled egg.
I don't like the shape of the filled eggs or the fact that the container tilts and the egg white falls into the water. I tightened them very well. Two of the four were bent over and so deformed that they were fit only for a dog. Everything was cut at the end and really looked like the chef didn't know what they were doing. I will not take them to my event.
