I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

Benefits: It actually does what it says it will do. They help me train harder without increasing my heart rate and help me recover more quickly afterwards.
Negatives: It was highly embarrassing that the lid didn't have a cellophane ring. Dropped a rating because of this.
