We love these. - my new review
I have high arches and I have tried many different arch supports, but keep coming back to the Spenco. They offer the most support and are the most comfortable by far. They do take up extra room in the shoe, but all 3/4 or full length supports do. They last a long time and can be washed. My husband and I both use them.
- Can improve performance in activities that require overall foot support
- May not provide enough cushioning for individuals with metatarsal stress fractures
