carpet handles. Best Transfer Tape

I didn't like the product. For me it didn't serve its purpose. When placing the handles under the mats, the mat still moved from place to place. I need something to hold up the rug as the rug will be placed on top of my already carpeted floors. You might have something sticking to my carpet. Many Thanks.
