I like how easy it was for me as an owner/operator, who had never used any kind of EMR system before this one (or even been computer literate), but could still use all kinds if reports from anywhere at anytime with minimal training! It's not perfect by far - we're working through some kinks right now; however they are very responsive when needed so you won't have anything holding up progress either way!! We've found many uses already since our implementation date almost 2 months ago including tracking patient visits & appointments etc., scheduling patients w/o having them physically come into office which has saved us time overall due too less phone calls back&#x2F;forth about cancellations / rescheduling issues.<br /> 1) Patient registration process makes more sense than paper forms + easier entry via mobile devices<br> 2.
