I like how easy it was for me as an owner/operator, who had never used any kind of EMR system before this one (or even been computer literate), but could still use all kinds if reports from anywhere at anytime with minimal training! It's not perfect by far - we're working through some kinks right now; however they are very responsive when needed so you won't have anything holding up progress either way!! The features are easy to use, they give you lots of options for different practices. You can easily create new patients with ease, all the reports are very well organized and gives you everything that you need right at hand. There were some minor bugs here but it's not too bad as long as you know what you're doing. I would say this product is great if you want full control over your office with no issues. It makes creating appointments so much easier than other products out there. Before using
