Design flaw breaks charging - 3 broken unit in a year

I bought this massager last year. I really like it, the pressure and heat are very comfortable. Always feel refreshed after using it. My only complaints are that I don't like the music playing but I have to manually turn it off every time and the touch buttons are hard to find and too sensitive. Then after about half a year, I couldn't charge the massager any more. I plug in the cable and the light won't turn on. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new one. I used it once and then it won't inflate. Contacted service again and they sent me a third unit. This time it worked well, but after a few weeks, it started to break again - it could never be fully charged. Although the indicator light is on, it can only pull very little wattage from the charger. This time I got tired of explaining this to customer service and waiting for a fourth unit. So instead I bought a new one with a different model (same brand).Having 3 broken units at hand and curious why they had the same problem, I disassembled the first unit. Immediately I know why it won't charge - the wires to the usb port are severed. Then as I flatten this unit I know why they are so easily broken - there isn’t enough clearance above the charging port for the air tubes, and every time you use it, those tubes will push the wires forward, pressing them at the connection point to the usb port, then ultimately break them. I feel the third unit is suffering from the same problem but the wires just aren’t completely broken yet.So, the issue comes from the design - it’s a foldable massager, but they decided to place the charging port in the middle, where they didn’t leave enough space for the connection wires and air tube when the unit is unfolded. I realized the new model I bought (their "2.0” massager) has the same design and I wonder it will have the same problem sooner or later, so I am going to return it.I actually fixed the second unit since the issue comes from a disconnected air tube. Since I really like it, I will continue using it until it inevitably suffers the same charging issue. I advise the factory that when designing your next product, reconsider the location of the charging port, or simply provide enough space for your components.
