I rarely write bad reviews. Normally, if I don't like something, I just don't tick it. However, this purchase was so disappointing that I had to leave a review. Pros: It has a long cord. The bagless container is easy to throw in the trash. The supplied hose is long and the nozzles are good. The suction power is really good both on the hose and on the floor. The suction is so strong that it's actually pretty hard to squeeze the vacuum, but the carpet looks and feels very clean when you're done. And it shows in what you take. Cons: A 1-star rating appears here. If it wasn't for that, it would easily be a 5 star vacuum cleaner for me. I read other reviews before buying, I saw several times that the silence was mentioned that the release pedal does not like to let go. What you really need to push to make it work. I bought it anyway. These people were right. The release pedal can hardly be released. I liked the vacuum cleaner so much that I was determined to live with it. I had to send it back immediately. Less than a month after my purchase, the wheel broke when I tried to let go of the pedal. After the inspection, I was able to understand why the pedal wouldn't come off and why my impeller broke. Whoever designed it foresaw failure. In my first photo I posted you can see the gray "S" shaped piece. This is attached to the pedal - press down and this will move the "S" part. This part is pressed so hard against the plastic part that it cannot go down when you press the pedal. The "S" part pushes even harder against the plastic when it stops yielding. I didn't know this so I pushed a little harder thinking the pedal was stuck. I think the bike was under a lot of pressure and just broke. I've only used this vacuum cleaner 8 times if everything was done right it wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm stuck with a vacuum that's missing a wheel and it still won't recline when I step on the pedal. I either have to find a way to fix it myself or hope the company will work with me to fix the wheel. and the pedal still won't come off. Which will likely cause the wheel to fail again in a few weeks. As much as I love the rest of this vacuum cleaner, I strongly recommend you buy another one. It's not worth the hassle or long-term problems I'll have with it.
