just picked this up last week since my Polaris winch guard died. Delivery was as described and arrived on time. As for the contactor, it is absolutely identical to the Polaris 2500 winch contactor. Although pigtails have a fast connection. I decided to solder them and put them on a Polaris extension. The pigtail colors were the same as Polaris, so I decided to combine green with green and black with black. When I went to pull the winch, she actually stood up. So the colors of the wires were reversed. For me it wasn't a big problem, I just swapped the larger wires going to the winch. So the yellow wire went to the blue tip and the blue wire went to the yellow. now it works as it should. Great product and let's hope it outlasts the Polaris.
