That worked great with our fat bike. We used a rear bracket that attached to the seatpost. It worked well, but when we needed a suspension seatpost to cushion off-road trails, we couldn't add a rack. So we bought this rack and adapted it to the Mongoose Malus. It has enough room for a rear fender and easily mounts to the frame for vertical support. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it without hesitation. Well made and strong. Thanks very much!
