On top of that no installation instructions were provided other than the video on Revain. I tried following the video and found that this rack is not as versatile as it is made out to be. The two bars that attach to the bike near the seat weren't flush and in my failed attempt to install them I stripped the threads of one of the holes.

I needed a recumbent carrier. I researched many different models and found this one had the most adjustment points. The end result is very nice, but the installation took an hour and a half to get everything right. So on the plus side, this will work on almost ANY bike, but the downside is that it takes longer to install and set up. Very happy with the end result.

That worked great with our fat bike. We used a rear bracket that attached to the seatpost. It worked well, but when we needed a suspension seatpost to cushion off-road trails, we couldn't add a rack. So we bought this rack and adapted it to the Mongoose Malus. It has enough room for a rear fender and easily mounts to the frame for vertical support. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it without hesitation. Well made and strong. Thanks very much!

As others have noted, no instructions are included. I printed out a photo of the product and went from there. Everything went well. You will need 4mm and 5mm allen keys and a 10mm spanner. Remember that there are four cases where you screw screws into aluminum castings. You will break the threads if you overtighten. So that nothing dangled, I lubricated all the screws with blue screw lock. The result is a durable stand at an affordable price. I mounted mine on a 26" hybrid bike.

Well designed rack, I build and service Bikes and racks are usually very frame type specific. I like that they are adjustable and universal for many frame types, usually road bike carriers don't fit mountain bike frames and especially frames without chainstay and dropout mounting bolts (near the rear axle) as on frames with dropout mounting bolts they use a seat stay clamp instead have a steady arm. First THANKS to reviewer Andrew for his very helpful video. The device is supplied complete without instructions. The video made assembling the device bearable. There are SO MANY screws and moving parts that it was incredibly difficult to align the rack with the bike. I half fixed a section and then something else fell out.
