I read somewhere that compression stockings are good for plantar fasciitis (it's tendinitis in the sole of the foot!). I found them and they saved my life! Haven't tried it without the copper so can't tell but just ordered a second pair because they are so amazing! (And I lost my sock) They also help with tired feet. My PF flared up in late summer and I started using them in the fall. We went to Disneyland and these socks made such a big difference. My legs get tired and this has helped me with the rehabilitation of my legs. It's not a cure-all, but it makes a difference by increasing blood flow to the foot and keeping the tendons stretched. I use one instead of a hoop at night. no problem.
