Not renter friendly!

This product is great until you have to remove it. We had it up for two and a half years in the kitchen of our rental apartment and it held up great. The problem is that its extremely adhesive.like too adhesive that its impossible to remove. It took me 45 mins of trying to wedge a blade in between the block and the tile (I broke one of the knives I used in the process). When I finally got it off, all of the adhesive/glue was stuck on the tile. Even goo gone wouldnt remove it and I had to use sandpaper, which STILL didnt remove all of it. I wish this product had a feature like the command hooks where there is a tab you can pull on to easily remove it from the wall.Renters beware! This product is not for you!

Great product! Use in my travel trailer. My knives didn’t fall off when traveling.

really strong magnet. My big cleaver sticks to it no problem. Easy to peel and stick on the backsplash. If you have textured tiles, it won''t stick as well as more flat and smooth surface.
