Great lens! I recommend to buy. From personal experience, it surpasses 18-105 in sharpness. Sharp at all f /in the center of the frame and open aperture, at aperture 8 sharpness across the field. There are distortions, but everything is easy to correct. 200 mm WORKING. F / b focus on my copy is not noticed. When shooting indoors, I recommend an external flash (after all, the aperture ratio, like all state employees, is small). If you have kit 18-55, then this lens is a great addition for a reasonable price.
