Review on Reese Towpower 21141 Adjustable Mount by Richard Lamptey

Ordered to tow 4000lbs with trailer loaded. Everything it says on the outside of the box is Class III (5000 pounds). However, it is only Class II (3500 lbs) when used in the raised position. Nothing says this until you get the instructions in the box. Sent back this afternoon for this reason (elevated position required). FYI this is a 1 inch ball hole and looks well built. The connection between the two parts is very loose and will likely come loose when pulled. Tensioner placed in it to reduce the tilt. It comes with a pen as shown in the picture.
