Review on Marshall Kilburn Portable Bluetooth Speaker by Eloy Boelkens

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Small package, big sound.

For €300 you will definitely justify your money. I love a lot of bass and punch in my music and Kilburn 2 didn't disappoint. Right out of the box it had 4 to 8 hours of playtime. I usually take this thing to work or my board games for background music and it works well throughout the work day and gives me plenty of energy when I want to turn it on at home. For me, this is a major upgrade from Soundcore Boost 2, which I thought was great but had a lot of issues with the moderately bass-heavy music. There are no problems here and I like it. It could potentially fit in a backpack if you don't pack much, but I usually carry it in a separate bag with my lunch box as my backpack is usually full. Kudos to Marshall for this great little speaker. Edit: I saw a review that said this thing doesn't have an extra entrance. They obviously haven't bothered to take a full look around the back to see where you can plug in an additional 3.5mm cable to connect to a phone or other non-Bluetooth device to manufacture.
