Review on Enhanced BenQ EX3203R Monitor with FreeSync DisplayHDR - 31.5 Inch, 2560X1440P, Curved Design, HDMI Connectivity by Matt Finley

Glad I did :) - my new review

I had it for a month or two. i like this thing It takes a minute to get used to the curve, but it doesn't detract from the experience. The monitor is very easy to adjust to keep your head centered. You will NOT get 144Hz with HDMI. With HDMI you get 120Hz. 144hz is for the displayport but when my pc boots up there is no message on the monitor when using it. I haven't researched this. I can see my post screen in bios with HDMI with no issues. Brightness, color, pretty much everything I need from this monitor, it reproduces it very well. I took it specifically for gaming and was not disappointed. PC is great. clear resolution. Slight blur of focus right and left when I got it but seems to have cleared up. I didn't expect it to have to be burned out like old CRT monitors. However, these are 2k. With 2K almost all consoles will be fine. However, if you're using Roku, Firestick, etc., some apps won't recognize 2k and will fall back to 1080p when streaming. But my 4k TV has the same apps and streams 4k when available. That's not a problem for me, since the PC is more for surfing and gaming. Then I go over to the 4K TV to stream in the other room. I will definitely buy another BenQ. For me it's worth it. But I would spend more money for 4K
