I bought this to repair the faceplate of an antique (1960's) Zenith radio - the wood material was peeling from the plastic faceplate. I bought two colors of VViVid wood grain contact paper to try and get a close match. The good news is that it is very easy to work with - I cut it out with a utility knife and ruler, peeled off the backing paper and pressed down - it was very easy! The hardest part of the whole deal was cleaning up the old contact paper and glue. I would give it 5 stars except the colors shown on my computer screen (several different screens actually) and what you actually get are quite a distance apart. It is much more red/orange than in the photos. What was showing on my display would match almost perfectly. What I did wasn't very good. Don't get me wrong - I've used it and the radio looks good - just not quite what I expected. If you don't need an exact color, you will find that this is very easy to use. Just don't expect the colors to match on your computer screen!
