Review on 🌟 Silent Study Timer for Kids and Adults - Secura 60-Minute Visual Timer for Time Management and Teaching (Starry Sky) by Stefan Eddy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm glad I have the one with the snooze button

Great for my kids who study at home who take forever to get the work done (mainly because they want to draw in class instead of doing it ) is also great to play around with brushing teeth, housework, eating, showering, etc. Much better results than digital timers for getting my kids to stay on time. The concept of time for kids is so vague that they have no idea how long 5 minutes is and that helps a lot. The other part I love about it is that it's virtually silent, if you put your ear to within one foot of the watch and it's quiet you can hear it, but neither ADHD nor non-ADD should disturbing by its sound, unless you are sitting in a completely silent room, perhaps without making any noise of your own. The alarm is the sound of a fire alarm, yes, but not as loud as one. I'm glad I got one that allowed me to turn off the alarm right away instead of waiting for it to stop. Very light, not exactly cheap but if you drop it on the floor too often I bet it will be a problem, it's not built to last, take a punchable item so don't play hot potato with it. but unless you keep dropping it on the floor, I don't understand what the people who rant about its lightness in reviews were expecting - it's plastic. The ticking takes exactly one second compared to a digital timer.
