Review on 🔗 Houseables Adjustable Automatic Closing Mortise by Tutcht Cobb

I love these things! I installed two hinges (top and bottom) on our three hinge front door and left the original middle hinge alone. They were very easy to install and the only comment I have on them is that the radius of the hinges was slightly larger than the original hinges which affected the door closing a little (it rested against the door gap) so I did she removes the top hinge and sanded down the area of the door gap it bolted to (essentially just pulled the door closer to the side of the hinge) and it works like a dream. This is probably an issue specific to our door as it was already a bit sticky. They are very easy to adjust so the tension is just right. My children used to always leave the front door open, now they can't. I'm excited!
