I'm just starting to cook, so I'm gradually stocking up my kitchen with some essentials, so I've ordered a digital food thermometer from KJCOOSWI. I have no experience with a food thermometer, but when I used it on burgers I got results that matched the temp/rarity chart I found online, so it seems accurate. Instructions are included, but operation is mostly intuitive. The LCD display is easy to read with a bright backlight, and the hold function is useful for getting readings that don't change when the thermometer is removed from food. I hand wash with no problems. Surprisingly, it comes with two batteries - one installed and one extra. This product is excellent value for money.
