This case is made from durable quilted material, silver on one side and black on the other. It fits perfectly on my 2018 RAV4. Basically, I bought it to keep pine needles and leaves and all that other dirt that falls here in New England from getting into my under-wiper air vents. So I bought it and it fits perfectly, covers from the top of my windshield to the first 5 or so inches on my hood and covers the wiper/vent area perfectly. Magnets on the bottom keep it on the hood well. And the elastic straps perfectly match the side mirrors and attaches in seconds. Additional flaps that you close in the doorway help keep the lid securely in place. The material is super strong, it's not a flimsy plastic case. With proper care, it should last for many years. My only complaint would be if it also had magnets in the top edge of the lid. Without them it stays pretty dense, but without them a few pine needles and leaves intrude underneath. However, significantly less than without a lid. All in all a great case for the price and perfect for my purpose!
