These sprocket bolts are very good value for money, well worth it and the thickness of these sprocket bolts is absolutely flawless unlike some other cheaper sprocket bolts market, these bolts are about 1000% better because i bought a cheaper pair at a lower price compared to some of the cheaper sprocket bolts plus adapter nuts on the market which seemed amazing when i bought it but then when i got those "cheaper sprocket bolts and adapter nuts" were inferior and the finish was pretty poor, especially when I tried to tighten them it was difficult at best even using quality tools like Park Tool CNW-2, Park Tool TW-5.2, Park Tool 5 mm 20 mm bits and Park Tool 5 mm 68 mm bits from Park Tool SBS-3 as well as AWS-1, IBM-2, AWS-9 etc but "cheap cha bolts and inner ring nuts didn't tighten like they should and every 5mm allen key I used fitted and some just didn't fit which I and every 5- mm hex tool I used ended up ripping off "cheap sprocket hex bolt holes" and tossing one of those "cheap sprocket bolts and nuts" in the bin. Now my experience with Truvativ sprocket bolts, nuts and washers has been the complete opposite as the difference between day and night was smooth and internally threaded adapters were used because they required a 6mm Allen key instead of a flat head or sprocket screwdriver Using a flat head tool that solves many problems such as slippage and specific torque, when tightening I found particularly that if you only have a torque wrench and even if you hand tighten bolts and nuts you still need to keep the hex wrench on the side the bolt or on the nut side of the adapter to tighten the bolts to the manufacturer's specifications. Also I found the manufacturer's specs to be slightly different, I was told that 14Nm was the spec for Shimano and that seems like too much torque, you can tighten the sprocket bolts to anywhere between 8Nm and 12Nm and it will get you going fine i mean i get this for multiple chainrings like two or three but for a 14nm chainring it's too much what i learned when i went from 3x to 1x setup. Those sprocket bolts, nuts and washers rock, if I ever decide to buy a metal sprocket guard I will be buying Truvativ dual sprocket bolts. I highly recommend this item! Excellent value for money, the thickness is suitable for single sprockets, the quality is amazing.
