
The first thing that struck me was the bad door tolerances. The gap that the lid/door slides into is too large and uneven. This means that large prey crickets also fit in. No, it's impossible to open the door without tearing the creature inside. Which isn't very nice. I solved this problem by making spacers and gluing them to the lid to fit. The second issue for my use case was that the vents were huge compared to all my other fences. This means if you plan to use a fence for spiders that eat fruit flies, any flies will escape and take up residence in your home. I solved this problem by sealing all the holes with thin mesh. Now my suitcase looks like a science experiment with mesh and tape all over it and it's hard to see inside. And forget good shots in a mess. Before you buy, keep these things in mind and consider if any of them might work for your use case.
