It takes too long to open
I haven't time it, but it just seems like this trashcan's lid takes a bit too long to open after you put your hand over the sensor. Every single time I go to throw something away I notice how long it takes. And it doesn't help that the sensor is very close to the lid, so if you just leave your hand there, the lid will hit it. In general if feels like a floor pedal would be faster and less frustrating.
