Bought the phone in June, unfortunately this month (August) it started to slow down, apps were crashing and the rear camera suddenly stopped working. I had to contact customer service and they responded quickly and provided instructions on how to possibly resolve the issue. Unfortunately it didn't work, so we just had to look for another device. But many thanks to their support team for the great job of solving the problem! I wouldn't mind buying other products from them as long as the level of customer service is exceptionally the same!
