Arrived in good condition. At first it seemed to be hovering around zero until I realized I had my ceiling fan on and it was interfering with it. As soon as I turned it off, it calmed down. Checked with calibration weights. 5 grams is fine. 10 grams is fine. 20 grams is fine. 50 grams is fine. 100 grams - varied between 100 and 101. Tried several times with the same result. I'll hold out with 5 stars until I can test the 100 gram weight. Do you have a 500 gram scale. Check if one and my son in law have a good scale, I will check with this one. The batteries look like they came half charged. Plan to get some fresh ones and try again. If you want your batteries to last longer, turn them off when you're not using them. Press and hold the tare button for a few seconds, it should go out. Also, make sure it doesn't get in the way of the air conditioner. That can also get in the way. I will come back periodically for updates. Calibration weights have been tested with more sensitive scales that say 100g weighs between 100.2 and 100.3 grams. Star rating increased to 4.5 stars. Update: Libra died in spring 2020. 2 battery changes were necessary. So be careful, it may only last 2.5 years.
