A Wild Disappointment: Fieldline

I was eager to test Fieldline's gear because I enjoy being outside. I did, however, feel like a fish out of water as a result of my experience. Their fishing equipment was more appropriate for a goldfish than a serious angler, and their hunting backpacks were heavy and cumbersome. I found the company's items to be everything but "superior equipment," despite the claim that it makes. The hunting belts were thin and could not even support a weapon, much less my pants. And let's not even talk about their purportedly "industry-leading" equipment for outdoor enthusiasts. It appeared as though they had taken a subpar copy from a dollar store and added their logo to it. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the product I bought from Fieldline. I had high expectations for their stuff, but it was a total bust. Except for those wanting for a good laugh at the risk of their own safety and pleasure of the great outdoors, I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this establishment.

Pros
  • Durable and useful equipment.
Cons
  • The standard could be raised.
