purchased from this supplier after a review found there were no problems with this part from this supplier. Not true in my case. It took me 10 hours to do a 2 hour job. Things didn't go well at first. The rubber gasket around the internal mechanism was not cut properly and I had to cut it off with a utility knife. The hex screw will then align so that the screw can be screwed in. Then the handle doesn't go all the way through the hole. You can see where he rubbed. Tried cutting sharp edges but still doesn't work. Finally I drilled a hole at a slight angle and it went in. I think the quality control is not that good.
