I have used many different cheese sorters over the years but this has been my favorite so far. I like the large 10" size, it fits my hands perfectly and therefore offers more surface area to grate since its cutting surface is slightly curved, this offers a reinforced blade surface and it is very easy to clean! The base is replaced by a simple , but ingenious and beautiful silicone base keeps it from slipping. Due to its 10" size, I've also had no problem using it to grate cheese and veggies. It's made from a single piece of stainless steel and covered with a non-stick coating that, as I said, easy to clean I definitely recommend this grater.
